I prezzi si intendono per settimana (da sabato a sabato), inclusi luce, gas acqua calda e fredda, garage, biancheria da letto, bagno e cucina (cambio settimanale).I ns appartamenti sono completamente arredati con soggiorno cucina, divano letto matrimoniale, camera matrimoniale, doccia/wc, tutti con balcone.
Sono provvisti di: TV sat, forno microonde, melitta elettrica per caffè, cassaforte elettronica, telefono phon e aria condizionata.
Si pregano gli ospiti di non alloggiare persone estranee.
L’appartamento deve essere lasciato pulito alla partenza, altrimenti verranno conteggiate € 30,00 per le pulizie.
Deve essere lasciato libero entro le ore 10. Arrivi dopo le ore 16,30.
Boa su prenotazione: € 10,00 al giorno.
Aria condizionata: € 7,00 al giorno.
Per chi usufruisce del nostro ristorante-pizzeria verrà praticato uno sconto del 10%.
Possibilità di colazione a buffet nel nostro albergo: extra € 8,00.

Diese Preise sind pro Woche, (von Samstag bis Samstag) inklusive Strom, Gas, warmes Wasser, Garage, Benützung der Bett-Küchen und Badwäsche (7tägiger Wechsel).
Unsere Appartaments sind komplett eingerichtet und ausgestättet für 2-4 Personen mit Küche-Wohn-Schlafraum mit Doppelbettcouch (ausziehbar), separates Doppelzimmer, Dusche/WC und Balkon.
Alle Appartament mit: Tvsat, Microwelle, Melitta Kaffemachine, Safe, Telefon, Phoen und Klimaanlage.
Es ist nicht gestattet, die Appartements mit mehr Personen zu bewohnen als gebucht.
Die Gäste werden gebeten, die Wohnungen sauber und aufgeräumt zu verlassen, ansons wird für die Reinigung € 30,00.= verrechnet.
Das Appartements muss bis um 10,00 Uhr frei gemacht werden. Mietbeginn nach 16,30 Uhr.
Boa nach Bestellung: € 10,00 pro Tag.
Klimaanlage: € 7,00 pro Tag.
Für unser Restaurant-Pizzeria gewähren wir 10% Ermässigung.
Frühstücksmöglichkeit auch in unserem Restaurant zum Preis von € 8,00.

At the departure you have to leave the apartment cleaned, otherwise you have to pay E 30.00 for the cleaning before 10.00 o'clock. You can arrive after € 4.30 p.m.
